Friends of ours started an English school on the beach in Costa Rica. They went vegan, camped amongst palms, surfed every sunset and sunrise, star-gazed their way through crystal clear nights and devoted their days to their students. All of this they did in pursuit of the Costa Rican notion of ‘pura vida’ - pure life.
 
Of course, if they’d just tried this wine, they might have saved themselves a heap of trouble. Not to mention their careers, hopes and dreams, as well as exposure to multiple tropical diseases. Oh well.
